- No. 715-Begonia (unnamed B. rex cultivar x unnamed B. rex cultivar) 'Manuel' Rex Cultorum group. Leaves are deep maroon and olive green with maroon edging, broad, unlobed, with a pointed tip, 11" x 8"; surface bumpy and rough; 8-veined; petioles 10". Flowers are white shaded rose, 1½" X 1¼", with 4 male and 5 female tepals and 7" peduncle, blooming in early fall. Originated in 1976.
