- Begonia 'Winkey's Chocolate Chip' No. 760-Begonia unknown x unknown 'Win key's Chocolate Chip' Rhizomatous with erect stem and distinctive foliage. Chocolate chips on chartreuse green, edged with brown markings, pattern the 20" x 3" leaves, which have shallow lobes, smooth surface, 7 veins, clear white petioles, and light green stipules. Flowers are white, 0", with 2 male and 2 female tepals; the clusters of flowers on 8" peduncles bloom in spring and summer. Originated by Leslie Woodriff (address above) in 1978; first bloomed and distributed in 1979. Registered Sept. 8, 1979.
