Description
No. 545 - Begonia (B. 'Tarlit’ X B. bowerae nigramarga) 'Camooweal' This exotic-type rhizomatous begonia looks best in a hanging basket and was originated by Mickey Meyer, address above, in 1974, first bloomed and distributed in 1976. Bright green leaves are edged and blotched with black, uneven heart-shaped, deeply six-lobed, 5 x 3 in.; margin notched and eye lashed; texture crisp; five-nerved. This plant blooms in spring and summer, off-white, in small clumps just above plant on 3-4 in. stems. Reg. Aug. 23, 1976.
